FAQ
Services & Scope
What's included in our landscaping, demolition, and cleanup work.
What is included in sod installation?
A proper sod job includes old lawn removal, soil grading, topsoil if needed, sod delivery, installation (laying, cutting, rolling for root contact), and initial watering setup. We don't cut corners — skipping any step means replacing patches within a year.
What does indoor demolition include?
We remove cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, drywall, and fixtures. We disconnect utilities, protect adjacent rooms with plastic sheeting and drop cloths, haul everything to the truck, and leave the space broom-clean and ready for your contractor.
How long does a kitchen demolition take?
Most kitchen demolitions take 1–3 days depending on kitchen size and scope. Smaller or partial demos (cabinets and countertops only) often wrap in 1–2 days.
Do you haul away all the debris?
Yes. Every demolition and cleanup job includes full debris hauling and disposal. We load everything into our trucks and take it to the appropriate facility. You never need to make a dump run.
Can you work around my contractor's schedule?
Absolutely. We coordinate with your general contractor, remodeler, or builder to make sure the site is cleared and ready when they need it. We're used to working on tight renovation timelines.
